Small Key One - As a kid, go through the small opening near the entrance and enter the left door. Small Key Four - After raising the water to the middle level, immediately equip the Iron Boots and drop back to the first level of the tower. Walk onto the ledge on the right and step on the floor switch to make a treasure chest appear. It leads to a small room with a single Deku Scrub. Follow the one-way path to reach a set of steps.
Glide down to the ledge and break the crate open with a Bomb to find a Piece of Heart. Go up the small ledge, turn right, cross the river and go up another small ledge. Now that you have the charge up spin attack, you can destroy all the pots in this room easily and collect over a hundred Rupees in barely a minute. Finally make a right here at this last one and soon you will reach the Sacred Forest Meadow. When you reach the top of the vines make a right and drop down onto the walkway. Spirit Temple - Small Key Guide As you explore the Spirit Temple, you'll require five Small Keys.
Deku Tree - Get the Slingshot After you enter the Deku Tree, face away from the large doorway and go straight forward across the web to reach a wall with vines on it. Exit the room and pick up Princess Ruto. Your destination is the southwest corner, go up the slope that lead you before to the fenced are and the crawlspace, but this time ignore the fences and go around behind the house up here to find a Gold Skulltula. Agree to play again and this time you will have to follow along up to six notes instead of five. If you happen to get seen by the laser statue here, simply run away from it and once you get a certain distance away, the laser will stop firing.
Leave the fountain and head all the way back to Kokiri Forest where you began the game. You will land in a room with two unlit braziers and one burning brazier this is the same hallway where Ruto was first seen. Descend down the ladder then stand on the tree stump. Open it for a Key. Stand next to the door that leads into the Windmill and use the Hookshot to reach the roof of the closest building.
If for some reason you really want it dead, then bombs will get the job done. This room is populated by a couple of Dodongo enemies. Link will then automatically return to the main room. Enter the door to reach the hallway with blowing fans. Go around to the other side of the bars and drop down into the lowered area.
Anyway that's about all there is to do in this village. From the entrance of the main room, go right, down the steps and up the next set of steps. Facing the statue, Bomb the wall to the left to create an opening. At night, there is a Gold Skulltula on a wall near that ladder. These ones are a bit more difficult to defeat. You now have a small amount of time to go and strike those eggs, one single hit will kill them however if you are not fast enough they will hatch into those little one eyed enemies you fought before.
You'll know it's stunned when it turns blue. There are exactly 100 Gold Skulltula throughout the game and something good will happen if you kill them all, so we'll work toward that as we progress along with the walkthrough. Enter the opening in the wall to appear in a room with many unlit braziers. It's time to learn the Scarecrow Song, sort of. After doing this then chase the little guy down, when you corner him he will speak to you. Occasionally, Volvagia will fly around the room shooting flames from its mouth and flaming rocks will fall from the ceiling.
Follow the path through the fences to a small tunnel. Walk toward the flowers and cross the field to a single guard at the steps of the castle. Work your way to the opposite side of the room while avoiding the razors that move back and forth. Go left to the railing and use the Longshot to reach the treasure chest on the roof. Continue to the roof of the House of Skulltula, then left to the roof of the house next to the wall. There is something fishy about those statues, as it turns out, the one in the middle is no ordinary statue. In this next room there is a rolling spike log thing that you are going to have to avoid somehow.
